  23. Most of the missing combinations were never produced.  To produce them,
  24. we would have had to recompile with the appropriate options - no big deal -
  25. and run them through our QA process - a very big deal.  We were also facing
  26. disk space limitations on the installation diskettes and on users' hard
  27. drives.  We chose to debug the ones we do ship more thoroughly and leave 
  28. off some of the other combinations.

  30. At this point, there is no way we can provide new, untested combinations of
  31. options in the libraries.
